What Affects Your Price
Dumpster rentals are flat-rate by size. For jobs where we do the hauling ourselves, three things determine the price — no mystery, no games.

Volume
How much space your stuff takes up in our truck or dumpster. Priced by fractions of a truckload or yard capacity.

Weight
Heavy materials (concrete, tile, dirt, roofing) are charged by the ton at Oahu landfill rates — which we pass through at cost.

Labor
Easy curbside pickup vs. an upstairs apartment or basement. More lifting, stairs, or disassembly can adjust the quote.

Common Pricing Questions
Do you give free estimates?
Yes — always. We quote on-site before any work starts. You see the price, approve it, and then we load.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
For dumpsters, yes — pricing is flat per size. For jobs where we do the hauling, we can ballpark it by description, but the final price is locked on-site.
What if my load is heavier than expected?
Heavy materials (concrete, tile, dirt, roofing) are billed by the ton. We'll mention this upfront if your load looks like it'll trigger a weight adjustment.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — our smallest pickup starts at $149. That covers our truck, crew, fuel, and disposal fees for small loads.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer repeat-customer rates, multi-day discounts for extended dumpster rentals, and seasonal promos. Ask when you call.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, ACH, or any major credit card. Credit cards have a 3% surcharge. All prices exclude Hawaii state tax (4.712%).
